Issue 3: Integrated assessment of drinking water contaminants

Welcome to the third edition of the INTARESE Technical Briefs.

This issue contains three articles from INTARESE's water case study. James Grellier introduces the case study and explains how the INTARESE methodology can provide valuable insights into how our water sources are affected by so many different policies, many of which are not directly aimed at improving health.

The second article details the contribution of the water case study to building up the data and resources that will be needed when the integrated assessment toolkit is being used by people to assess the impact of various policies.

In the third article, Antonio Gasparrini looks at the aims and objectives for the second phase case study and is looking to build connections with other EU projects in the water policy area.
