Project Steering Group
The Project Steering Group (PSG) comprises the Project Co-ordinator, SP co-ordinators and two members of the project team elected by the Full Project Secretariat, together with the Project Manager. The Project Officer and Scientific Officer from the Commission will also be invited. The Project Administrator will act as secretary to the PSG.
The role of this group will be to:
- establish the overall research strategy and priorities for the project (in accordance with the Description of Work, agreed with the Commission; monitor progress of the work against the milestones and targets set within this strategy;
- agree and deliver annual reports (and other interim reports as required) on the scientific progress of the project;
- confirm the quality and acceptability of all deliverables and products, and of the work on which they are based;
- identify and resolve and problems or delays arising at project level;
- agree on any budgetary adjustments necessary to achieve the successful outcome of the work (subject to relevant agreement of the Commission);
- establish and oversee a publication policy, on behalf of the project.
Work of the Project Steering Group will be governed by a Consortium Agreement, agreed by all partners.
